Information you provide

When you submit a trip request, travel preferences, advisory request, or contact message, we store the details you provide in our database. This includes your name, email, travel interests, budget, and any approximate points balances you choose to share. Do not provide passwords, payment card numbers, or identity documents. Submitting does not require an account.

How we use it

We use information you send to respond to your inquiry, explore travel options, prepare quotes, and communicate about a requested booking. If you proceed with a booking, we may need to share relevant traveler details with airlines, hotels, other travel providers, and service providers involved in fulfilling your request. Their own privacy practices may apply.

Website operation

Our website host and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Images served from third-party hosts may also cause your browser to contact those hosts. We do not use this site to collect payment details.

Saved preferences and opportunity emails

Opportunity email consent is optional and separate from saving preferences. Your private management link lets you update preferences or stop a watch and opportunity emails. Preferences expire after your selected period and then stop being matched. Expired or stopped records may remain in business records; contact us to request deletion. Keep the private link safe; anyone with it can manage that preference record.

Funnel measurement

We record aggregate events such as CTA clicks, intake steps, validation failures and successful saves. Analytics events do not contain contact details, free-text notes, or points balances. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers in a separate abuse-prevention table; our host may maintain request logs. No marketing tracking cookies are added for this funnel.

Retention and choices

We retain correspondence and booking records as needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold by emailing hello@waymoretravel.com; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.
