Inquiry and quotes

Way More Travel helps you compare and arrange flights, hotels, and related leisure travel. An inquiry is not a reservation, and there is no charge for sending one through this site. Prices, award availability, schedules, and accommodations can change. A quote is subject to the stated conditions and is not a confirmed booking until the applicable supplier confirms it.

Before you pay

Before we accept any payment or authorization to charge you, we will provide the seller’s legal name, complete street business address, phone number, and owners if applicable; the name, address, and phone number of any separate package provider; an itemized description of the travel services, total price including mandatory charges, payment schedule, and balance due; and the applicable substitution, cancellation, and refund terms. If trip cancellation insurance is offered, we will also provide its price, coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements. Review that transaction-specific information before authorizing payment.

Suppliers and changes

Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers may impose their own rules. We will identify the relevant supplier and explain the applicable restrictions, changes, and refund terms in your booking materials. We will tell you how and when payments made through us are forwarded to suppliers and provide written booking confirmation as required. Do not assume a ticket, voucher, or reservation exists until you receive confirmation.

Examples and fees

The booking approaches shown on this site are examples, not current offers or guaranteed savings. A personalized quote will identify any service fee and mandatory charge as part of the total before you pay. Optional charges will be described separately. No purchase is completed through this website.
